Russell Allen Roper, 53, of Clanton, Alabama passed away March 16, 2024, at Residence in Clanton, AL.

He was born November 29, 1970, in Alabama, son of Thomas Roper and Judy Roper.

He was a Carpenter.

Surviving are his Wife, Christal Roper; Daughters, Heather (Brandon) Mims, Lacey (Russell) Burt; Grandchildren, Heath, Mackenzie, Kadence, Aiden, Hunter, Ryder, & Kaiden; Father, Thomas Allen Roper; Mother, Judy Ann Roper; Sister, Karen (Richard) Wilson; Nephews, Jody Wilson, Jay  Knight,  Ethan  Roper; Nieces, Nicole Duncan, Brittany Wilson, McKayla Smitherman.

He was preceded in death by his Brother, Brad Roper; Brother-in-law, Tommy Knight; Grandparents, Bobbie & Joe Willis, Dean & RQ Roper.  

Friends will be received Friday, March 22, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wyatt officiating.

Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
