The family announces with sorrow his death in River Valley, Wednesday March 13, 2024 at the age of 53 years. Son of Herman (Louise) and Noreen (née Paulin). Predeceased by his stepparents Norman Dessureault and Murielle Comeau. Beloved husband of Nathalie Roy. Father of Ryan Scaiff (Mary), Austin Léger, Patrick O’Shaughnessy, Tabitha Lafleur, Vanessa O’Shaughnessy (Alex), and Chanelle Venema (Eddie). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Kallie, Eliza, Esmé, Aurora, his 2 expectant grandchildren, his nieces Katelyn, Emma, his many aunts, uncles, cousins, his hunting and fishing partner uncle Bob, and his fur babies Tucker, Ozzy, and Rocky. Dear brother of Dana Trudeau (Richard), stepbrother Mario Dessureault and brother-in-law of Ghislain Roy (Rita) and Yvan Roy. The family will receive friends at the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls for visitation on Thursday, March 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday March 22, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 22 in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association North Bay would be greatly appreciated.

Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Kallie, Eliza, Esmé, Aurora, ses 2 petits-enfants qui sen vient, ses nièces Katelyn, Emma, ses plusieurs tantes, oncles, cousines, son oncle pour la pêche et la chasse Bob et ses animaux Tucker, Ozzy et Rocky. Frère de Dana Trudeau (Richard, beau-frère de Mario Dessureault, Ghislain Roy (Rita) et Yvan Roy. La famille recevra parents et amis au Salon Funéraire Théorêt-Bourgeois pour des visites le jeudi 21 mars de 19h00 à 21h00 et le vendredi 22 mars de 13h00 à 16h00. Une célébration de vie sera célébrée dans la chapelle du salon funéraire le vendredi 22 mars à 16h00. Les arrangements funéraires sont confie au Salon Funéraire Théorêt-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls.
