<p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Crystal Lynn Eddy, 65, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away in Tulsa on Friday, March 15, 2024, surrounded by her family and best friend, Deborah Morgan. She was born on Tuesday, November 25, 1958, to James Kenneth, J.K. and Imogene Eddy in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Lynn grew up in Checotah graduating from Checotah High School in 1977.</p><p>Lynn’s life was marked by her unwavering commitment to others, she served as an EMT, secretary for Mac Pac trucking company, and housekeeper. Yet, her favorite aspiration transcended titles and tasks. It was etched in the sparkle of her eyes whenever she looked at Audrey, her beloved granddaughter. They shared more than a family bond; they shared a nose, a bridge between generations. And in their shared love for tiny trinkets and butterflies, they found magic—the kind that fluttered softly, like delicate wings against their hearts.</p><p>Lynn was preceded in death by her parents J.K. and Imogene Eddy, brother Larry Eddy, sister Susan Elaine Eddy, and sister-in-law Phyllis Eddy.</p><p>She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Rolanda Stopforth and her husband Jamie and Audrey Vanvolkinburg (granddaughter) of Jenks, Oklahoma. Kenneth Eddy (brother) of Yukon, Oklahoma; Nancy Smith (sister) and Jerry of Muskogee, Oklahoma.; Gayle Eddy Briscoe (sister) of Kennesaw, Georgia; and Linda Eddy (sister-in-law) of Warner, Oklahoma; Hope Sims (niece), Yukon, Oklahoma; Kathy (niece) and Jeff Trost, Vera, Oklahoma; Angela (niece) and Joe Healy, Richmond, Texas; Craig Smith (nephew) Mt Vernon, Illinois; Jennifer (niece) and Randy Randleman, Eufaula, Oklahoma; Ladonna (niece) and Tim Traina, Lebanon, Pennsylvania; Jonathan (nephew) and T’Lisa Eddy, Claremore, Oklahoma; Cyndi Karnes (niece), Sevierville, Tennessee; Josh (nephew) and Brittany Kennedy, Dallas, Georgia; Jessica (niece) and Charles Calimbahin, Nevada. Alicia Estep of Tulsa, along with her children Kaiya and Garrett Estep; Jason Estep with his wife Kimberly and their children Sean and Tyler Estep of Texas, were all cherished by Lynn as her beloved children. Crystal is also survived by other extended family and a lifetime of friends.
