<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Billy Jack Hollabaugh (Bill) announce his passing. Bill died on Friday March 15th, 2024, of kidney failure at Stella Manor Nursing Home in Russellville, Arkansas.</p><p><br></p><p>Bill was 94 years of age, born on November 7, 1929, in Oilton, Oklahoma to John Wesley and Walcie Jane (Elam) Hollabaugh at the time of the great depression, and grew up in Scotland, Arkansas. He served in the USA Army and was a Korean War veteran. After leaving the army, Bill attended both Arkansas Tech and University of Arkansas, majoring in Engineering. He had several careers during his lifetime ranging from teaching and coaching basketball in Hector Arkansas, to selling insurance and real estate and office manager for Barton body shop as well as providing tax consultancy advice to the residents of Russellville. Bill loved sports and was never happier than when attending his children’s sporting and musical events. He made time to support his children in their extra-curricular activities, whether they were participating as athletes, cheerleaders or playing in the school band.</p><p><br></p><p>He was succeeded in death by his parents his brother and only sibling, John Wesley Hollabaugh Jr, a daughter, Deborah Sue Wilder and three nephews, John Charles, James Wesley, and Marc Anthony Hollabaugh.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his partner Bobbie J Ingram of Russellville, his four children, Pamela Ann Luker and husband Andrew Lakin of Hinsdale, Illinois, Patricia Diane Richard of Austin, Texas, Thomas Michael of London, Arkansas and Steven Wayne Hollabaugh and wife Becky of McKinney, Texas</p><p><br></p><p>He was a beloved grandfather to Johnny Brandon Luker, Wesley Scott Luker, Samantha Ann Luker, Jason Robert Schwegler, Bridget Diane (Schwegler) Boyden, Jeffery Ryan Wilder, Jennifer Renee (Wilder) Billings, Brandon Michael Hollabaugh and Lauren Elizabeth Hollabaugh and to his ten great grandchildren. His two nieces Sharon K and Lloyd Hiner of Meridian, Idaho and Elaine and Tim Trimmell of Boise, Idaho</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to thank the staff of Stella Manor and DaVita River Valley Dialysis for exceptional care they provided.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
