On a bright Wednesday afternoon, Ms. Tiffany Bowen was born on September 19, 1979, in Hampton, Virginia and raised in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Tiffany Bowen was a native of Tampa, Florida and resident of Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years. She attended Hillsborough High School and graduated in 1997 and later attended HCC and Strayer University. She was employed as a Project Support Processor at Southern Gas in Atlanta. She was a member of Greater Bethel M.B. Church in her youth and a recent member of Ryzing Divas.

Growing up she was an active member of the Youth Usher Board and involved in extracurriculars like the Northview Hills Cheerleading Squad and high school choir. Her life would change after meeting her second father and eventually achieved one of her dreams of becoming a big sister.

She loved and enjoyed hanging with her friends. She never played about her family and loved her children with all her heart, a second dream for motherhood fulfilled.

Ms. Tiffany Bowen is welcomed in heavenly glory by: her grandmother and step grandfather Vanell and Frank Robinson, grandfather, Samuel Moore, loving father, Dennis and Uncle JT Bowen.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her 2 children, Tiara Williams and Cornelius Willis Jr.; mother and stepfather, Cynthia and Elvis Pablo; grandmother, Loretta Bowen; 2 siblings, Vanessa and Elvis Christian Pablo; aunt and uncles, Patrice, John Beyer, Dale, and Wendell Bowen; first cousins, Jason Bell, Heather Beyer, Chris, Carlos, and Jasmine Bowen; and a significant number of family friends and community.
