<p>Melissa F. Kolmer, 34, of Amsterdam, NY, formerly of Wingdale, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 11, 2024 in Milton, NY. </p><p><br></p><p>Born on November 27, 1989 in Utica, NY, she was the daughter of Rhonda (Clark) Hegeman of Wingdale, NY and Michael Kolmer of North Carolina. Melissa attended Dover Schools and graduated with High Honors in 2008. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, Melissa is survived by three sons, Patrick Kolmer, Kyle Sokolsky and Dylan Hegeman all of Amsterdam, NY. She is also survived by two brothers, Michael Kolmer, Jr. and his wife, Nicole, of Hyde Park, NY and Donald Perrigo and his wife, Laurie Carlton, of Florida and a sister, Laura Clark, and her fiancé, Michael Poulos, of Utah. She is also survived by her companion, Robert Sokolsky of Amsterdam, NY and step-father, Troy Hegeman. </p><p><br></p><p>Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY.
