<p>Michele B. Keil, 81, of Mentor, OH, passed away peacefully Friday, March 15, 2024, at Symphony at Mentor.</p><p><br></p><p>Born March 9, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Dr. John Candas and Gloria Rogerson Nuzum.</p><p><br></p><p>Michele was a graduate of Wheeling College in Wheeling, WV.</p><p><br></p><p>A homemaker, family was her focus, and she devoted her life to her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are two children, Holland Heller and her husband Christopher of Akron, OH, and John Greene and his wife Laurie of Mentor, OH; a stepson, John Keil, Jr. and his wife Kim of Columbiana, OH; four grandchildren, Christopher and Katherine Heller, and Emerson and Parker Greene; and three step grandchildren, Devan, Logan, and Avery Willis.</p><p><br></p><p>Also surviving are a sister, Kimberly Lawrence of Longboat Key, FL; a brother, William B. Nuzum of Bradenton, FL; and Karen Clark of Boardman, OH, who was like a daughter to Michele.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Keil; a sister, Melissa Forte; and her grandmother, Rhea Rogerson.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11 am Wednesday in the Morrison Funeral Home, 110 Petroleum St., Oil City, PA where a funeral service will follow at 11 am with the Rev.
