Angelo J. "Chickie" DiCicco Jr.


Of Billerica, formerly of Burlington & Waltham, passed away peacefully Friday morning March 15th, 2024 surrounded by his loving family in the comfort & care of the staff at the High Point Hospice House in Haverhill after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 64.


Born on June 17, 1959 in Waltham; son of the late Angelo J. DiCicco and Regina ( Antonellis) DiCicco. Chickie resided in Waltham for most of his life until moving to Burlington for 12 year and Billerica for the past 2 years.


Chickie attended Waltham Vocational High School and had been employed with the City of Waltham Department of Public Works for several years and as a Truck Driver throughout his life, most recently with his close friend Michael Ruggeri.


He had many different hobbies and interests throughout his life but none more than motorcycles. He loved riding his Harley.


His greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.


Chickie is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years Deborah J. (Daniels) DiCicco; his devoted & loving daughter Nicola Quaranto and her husband Nicholas of Framingham; his step-children Jason of Billerica; Kelli and her husband Adam of Hudson, NH; and Courtney of Watertown; his cherished grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony, Ava, Anthony, Brooklyn, Lennox, Olivia and Shawn; and his sister Karen Doucet and her husband Arthur of Yarmouth. In addition, he is survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous close friends.


Those who wish to pay their respects to Angelo and his family can do so in the Mary Catherine Chapel Memorial of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM prior to the Funeral Service on Friday morning March 22nd from 9am until 11am. For those who wish to pay their final respects, but are unable to attend, please be sure to sign the guestbook at www.BrascoFuneralhome.com. Parking attendants will be on duty.


Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Angelo's life to remember the love and friendship he shared with others at a Funeral Service in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Friday morning 22nd at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery.


In Lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
