Bernice J. Holmes

Bernice J. Holmes, 84, of Bethlehem, formerly of Easton and New Jersey, passed away on March 15, 2024 in Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. She was the beloved companion of the late Walter J. Mazurowski who passed in 1990. Born in Neptune, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Livingston and Margaret (Ronan) Holmes. She worked for Brockway Glass Company for many years. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors:She is survived by her children, Karen M. Rohn of Northampton, Ricky Mallow and his wife Sherry of Freehold NJ, Sharon Mallow of Las Vegas NV; brother, Donald Holmes; sisters, Virginia Johnson, Eleanor Birch, Catherine Archer; 3 grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Smith in 2001, sister, Elma Boyce and a brother, Bud Holmes.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, March 22nd, from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME 527 Center St., Bethlehem. Burial will be in Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan NJ at 1:45 PM.
