<p>David Michael Cody, 78, of Reading, passed away on March 14, 2024 at Reading Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Lewis and Mary (Alberti) Cody.</p><p><br></p><p>He was the husband of Sharon L. (Horning) Cody.</p><p><br></p><p>He was a member of Hampden Mennonite Church in Reading and was self-employed as a food distributor. He enjoyed singing and playing the guitar to worship and oldies music, drawing, fishing, classic cars and dogs. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>David is survived by his wife and his daughters; Davina M. wife of Joel D. Weinhold and Carina A. wife of Robert M. King and 6 grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Services will be held private at the convenience of the family.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the funeral home to defray funeral costs, PO Box 31, Terre Hill PA 17581.</p><p><br></p><p>C.
