<p>Dorothy E. Caffrey, 90, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, died peacefully on March 14, 2024.</p><p><br></p><p>She was born in Philadelphia on April 3, 1933, to Gertrude and William Copper. She was predeceased by her siblings Mary, Bill, and Trudy. She is survived by her sister Helen.</p><p><br></p><p>Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, James J. Caffrey. Together they raised 4 children in Morton, PA. Upon becoming empty nesters, they moved their home to Egg Harbor Township, NJ.</p><p><br></p><p>Dorothy is survived by her children, James (Jean), William (Kathi), Donna Kozin (Marc), and Dorothy Flynn, and grandchildren, Kelsey, Kylie, Ian, Allison, Jennifer, Heather, Connor, and Megan, and great-grandchildren Riley, Bennett, Chloe, Nora, and Landon. She was predeceased by her grandson, Ryan William Caffrey.</p><p><br></p><p>Dorothy was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles, old movies, and chocolate, but her real joy came from spending time with her family - she cherished every minute she spent with them.
