Romeo G. Serrano, 80 of Reisterstown, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at his residence. Born June 14, 1943 in the Philippines, he was the son of the late Antonio and Maura nee (Gambong) Serrano.

Romeo was the devoted husband of Esther Serrano; loving father of Sherry Serrano and Sharon and her husband Nomer Abueg; caring grandfather of James, Christian and Noah; also surviving are many loving friends and family members.

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
