Jackie was raised in Chelsea and graduated from St. Rose School, Class of 1960. She then attended Bay State Academy and graduated with an Associate Degree in 1961. Jackie and Jim lived in Delaware, then returned to Revere MA, then later, in 1981, they moved to Melrose and eventually settled in Wakefield in 2009.

Jackie was a Godly woman and relied heavily on her faith. She lit up a room wherever she went. Not only was she beautiful on the outside but she was just as beautiful on the inside. She leaves behind her husband of 61 years, James G. Ferraro, Jr. of Wakefield. Her four children James G. Ferraro, III and his wife Laurel of Saugus, John C. Ferraro of Saugus, Jan Marie Ferraro of Wakefield and her former husband Christopher Doyle, and Joseph J. Ferraro and his wife Kristin of West Peabody. Her four grandchildren, Giavanna Ferraro Bordonaro and her husband Carmen of Peabody, James G. Ferraro, IV of New York, Jenna L. Ferraro of Somerville, and Nikki M. Ferraro of Florida. She is the last of her two siblings, the late Christopher Coviello and Ann Marie Coviello Fonzo. Jackie is expecting her first great grandchild from her granddaughter Giavanna. She leaves behind her favorite French Bulldog “Bella”. She also leaves behind her treasured cousin Barbara Ferragamo Vecchione and many nieces, nephews and friends.
