Margaret Mary Brislin “Margo” (nee Perfetti), 82, of Carlstadt for over 50 years, passed away at home on March 14, 2024. Prior to recently retiring in December of 2023, she was the D.P.W. Administrative Assistant for the Borough of Carlstadt for over 30 years. Margo was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church. She was a former member of the Carlstadt-East Rutherford Wildcats Booster Club. Margo enjoyed doing crafts, researching online for activities for family gatherings and racking up credit card bills on Amazon and Walmart for her grandkids. Her greatest joy was being with her grandchildren. Beloved wife for 60 years of John “Pat” Brislin. Loving mother of Joseph Brislin and his wife Beth, Theresa Verona and her husband Frank, and Mark Brislin and his wife Maria. Cherished grandmother of Sara Verona and her husband Jon Sczerba, Kaeleigh Brislin, Frank Verona, Jr., Brianna Brislin, Owen Brislin and great grandmother of Nathan Sczerba. Dear sister of Maryanne Molner, Frances Brickman and her husband Robert and the late Ralph Perfetti, Thomas Perfetti and Louise McCauley. Loving Sister-in-Law to Robert Brislin and his wife Patricia and son Rob. Visitation- Tuesday, March 19th from 4-8 PM at Kimak Funeral Home. Funeral departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM for a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s R. C. Church, East Rutherford at 10:30 AM.
