<p>Teresa Louise “Terry” Swaim, age 73, of 816 Cabell Avenue, Apt C, Charlottesville, Virginia died Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Spring Oak Senior Living in Warrenton, Virginia.</p><p>Teresa was born December 19, 1950 in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her parents were the late Marvin James Swaim and Doris Blatchley Swaim. She was a Nurse’s Aide for 30 years at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville and was of the Catholic faith. She was an avid fan of the Washington Nationals and UVA Sports, and enjoyed following current events and politics.</p><p>She is survived by her sister, Debbie Trowbridge and husband Mike of Catlett; two nieces, Lianna Trowbridge Smeltzer and Tessa Trowbridge; and a special companion, Chloe the Cat.</p><p>A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor with Father Augustine Lukenge officiating. Interment will immediately follow.
