CEDAR BLUFF–Rebecca Miller, age 65 of Highland Acres Drive passed away March 13, 2024. Born in Buchanan County Virginia she was a daughter of the late Wayne and Margie Deel Lowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Danny Lowe.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Miller.
