Norma B. Urbanski Obituary

Norma B. Urbanski, 74, wife of Edward Urbanski, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at MidState Medical Center.

Born in Meriden on August 24, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Barbara (Gagnon) Gagne. She was a lifelong resident of Meriden and graduated from Mercy High School in Middletown.

Norma enjoyed listening to country music. She looked forward to decorating around the holidays as Christmas was her favorite time of the year. She was the President of the Woodland Ridge Condo Association, a parishioner of St. Joseph Church and a volunteer at MidState Medical Center.

Besides her loving husband, she is survived by Terri Lynn Nuzzo and her husband, Michael; her two grandchildren, Ryan and Meagan Nuzzo, who were the light of her life; and her sister, Gail Gagne and her partner Kevin. She is also survived by her niece, Brittany Randino and nephew, Daniel Loebel and several cousins with many fond memories as well as several close longtime friends.

Norma’s family would like to thank the staff at MidState Oncology Department and the staff at Pavilion B and Dr. Gerard Fumo for their passionate love and care for Norma and her family.
