<p>Edna Chumley Goswick, 86, of Dawsonville passed away peacefully on March 11, 2024 at the North Georgia Assisted Living from complications of dementia.</p><p>Known as Eddie to all her friends and family, she had lived in Dawson County all her life. Born June 5, 1937, she was the daughter of the late John Henry and Martha Chumley and was the last remaining child of 9. Eddie was the co-owner of Goswick’s Furniture and later the owner of Eddie’s Cozy Home Furniture in Dawsonville as well as the owner of a dried flower arrangement shop in Dahlonega known as Eddie’s Cozy Homes. She was a top seller for the Sarah Coventry Jewelry Company and also a top seller for the Tiara Glass Company. Her hobbies included decorating, flowers and was a gifted seamstress. Eddie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville. </p><p>Her family would especially like to thank Barbara and John Wigington for being so kind and helpful in her later years.</p><p>Surviving are her sons, Scott Goswick, Gainesville, Steve Goswick, Gainesville, Tim Goswick, Dawsonville; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.</p><p>The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 7 at the funeral home.</p><p>Funeral services will be private.</p><p>Condolences may be expressed at www.beardenfuneralhome.com.</p><p>Bearden Funeral Home, Dawsonville, GA.</p><p><br></p>
