JERRY WAYNE ARLEDGE, SR., age 72 of Jemison, passed away on March 10, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Alexandria, Louisiana on September 23, 1951; the son of the late John Franklin Arledge, Sr. and the late Juanita Cagle Arledge.

He was a former operator and welder for Deshazo Crane Company.

He is survived by: Son, Jerry Wayne Arledge, Jr. (Tiffany) of Jemison; Son, William Arledge of Thorsby; Grandson, Christopher Wayne Arledge of Jemison; Grandson, Zack Arledge of Jemison; Granddaughter, Elizabeth Alstott of Jemison; Grandson, Jonathan Alstott of Jemison; Brother, John Arledge of Louisiana; Sister, Judy Whitner of Florida; Sister, Linda Price of Florida; and Nephew, “Little Roy” Whitner of Calera.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Pamela Arledge and Parents, John Franklin Arledge, Sr. and Juanita Cagle Arledge.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 2:00pm from Mt. Springs Church in Clanton, AL.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Springs Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
