<p>Michael David Pineda was born on November 24th, 1986 at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., United States Army Military Base, and passed away on March 11th, 2024, in Houston, Tx.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael was a loving and free spirit who genuinely loved his family and believed in living life to the fullest and enjoying everything it had to offer.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael’s favorite activity by far was to travel the world and he was the type of young man that never let the grass grow under his feet. He loved languages and was fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan, and Japanese and was learning Mandarin. He loved karaoke, dancing, and he was an excellent cook. Michael also loved the outdoors and enjoyed backpacking, hiking, and camping. Michael was passionate about fitness and enjoyed working out regularly at the gym.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael, at only 17 years old, left to study Fashion Design at Ueda College of Fashion in Kobe, Japan and lived there for over two years. Michael also studied at Cambridge University satellite campus in Madrid, Spain where he studied to be a teacher. He was a Freelance Tutor and taught English to students and business professionals.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael fell in love with Spain and spent most of his adult life there; his favorite cities in Spain where he lived were Madrid, Seville, Granada, and the Island of Ibiza.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael is survived by his parents, Carlos and Martha Pineda, his brothers Carlos Jr. and Jonathan Pineda; his loving nephews Tristan and Lucas Pineda, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Michael will be dearly missed and remembered by all who knew him.</p><p><br></p>
