Henry J. Gerhart, 70, of Akron, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, at his residence.

He was born in Ephrata to the late Henry and Charlotte (Bender) Gerhart and was the husband of Anna Ruth Gerhart.

Henry worked as a farm hand. He enjoyed coloring books, painting, and car models.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Charlotte, Heather; two sons, Henry, James; five step-children, Galen, Dave, Gayle Bobby, Becky; many grandchildren; three sisters, Tiea, Theanda Veronica and a brother, Earl.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
