<p>Peacefully Lorraine passed away at the West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents Florence (nee Moore) &amp; George Spaxman and her baby Mary Christina (1963). Also predeceased by her first husband and father of her six children, Charles Dilks (1986) and her brother George Spaxman (Doreen) (2008). Survived by her husband Arris Van Dyk and her children Susan Easton, Charles Dilks, Janine Amatangelo (Frank), Paul Dilks (Shelly), Lori Dilks (Rance) and stepdaughter Elaine Van Dyk. Also survived by her brother Alvin Spaxman of Paris, Ontario and her best friend Evelyn Lumsden. Lorraine has 9 grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters, Selena, Elizabeth, Olivia and Penelope and 2 great grandsons Benjamin and Nicholas.</p><p>Special thanks to Integrated Comprehensive Care Project, The Haldimand Paramedics and to Dr. Phillips &amp; the wonderful nurses at the West Haldimand General Hospital for your excellent care.</p><p>At Lorraine’s request, there will be no visitation or service and cremation has taken place. In memory of Lorraine, donations may be made to the West Haldimand General Hospital. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cooper Funeral Home, Jarvis (519-587-4414).
