<p>Arvil E. Adams, 82 of Van Buren passed away Monday, March 11, 2024 in a local nursing home. He was retired from Union Pacific Railroad. He was preceded in death by his parents Arvil Sr. and Ada (Walters) Adams; his wife Linda (Elsky) Adams.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by two daughters Andrea Donelson and husband Michael of Van Buren, and Stacey Adams and partner Stewart Covey of Van Buren; two sons Allan Adams and wife Tonnia of Van Buren, and Andrew Adams and wife Kathy of Van Buren; four sisters Mary Lee Crowell of Bakersfield, California, Marie Vanhoose of Cedar Hill, Texas, Betty Fisher of Cleburne, Texas and Donna Funderburng of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers Leroy Adams of Van Buren and Johnny Adams of Fort Worth, Texas; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Family will visit with relatives and friends Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10 AM-12Noon at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, 700 Jefferson Street.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>Obituary
