<p>Linda Carol Scarbro, age 57, of Surveyor, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024 at her home. Linda was born July 31, 1966 in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of Wilma Lee Dickens, and father Gibb Goff, and raised by her father Joe Bill Harvey. In addition to her father and dad she is also preceded in death by her brother Ronald McGinnis.<br> <br> She is survived by four children, Christopher Hibbard(Jessica) of Surveyor, WV, Rebecca Hibbard(Jason Lilly) of Coal City, WV, William Harvey of Arnett, WV, and David Hibbard of Coal City, WV, her mother Wilma Lee Dickens-Harvey, grandchildren Toni, Cadan, Nicole, Jaxson, Jeremiah, and many other extended family and friends who will all miss her dearly.<br> <br> Linda was a hardworking woman, and a free spirit preferring to spend her free time in the outdoors playing with her grandkids, and spending as much time as she could with her entire family and many friends.<br> <br> Arrangements have been entrusted to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later time. Linda Carol Scarbro, age 57, of Surveyor, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024 at her home. Linda was born July 31, 1966 in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of Wilma Lee Dickens, and father Gibb Goff, and raised by her father Joe Bill Harvey. In addition to her father and dad she is also preceded in death by her brother Ronald McGinnis.

She is survived by four children, Christopher Hibbard(Jessica) of Surveyor, WV, Rebecca Hibbard(Jason Lilly) of Coal City, WV, William Harvey of Arnett, WV, and David Hibbard of Coal City, WV, her mother Wilma Lee Dickens-Harvey, grandchildren Toni, Cadan, Nicole, Jaxson, Jeremiah, and many other extended family and friends who will all miss her dearly.
