Margaret "Maggie" (Groves) Corsaro

Margaret “Maggie” (Groves) Corsaro, 69, of Derry, NH passed away peacefully on March 9, 2024, at her residence with her loving husband by her side.

She was born in Phoenixville, PA on May 31, 1954, daughter of the late Robert and Alice (McQuillan) Groves.

She was a painter, craft maker, and a lover of nature. She loved children, especially her many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, who she often cared for. She loved her many pets throughout her life.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years Stephen W. Corsaro; her son Robert C. Corsaro and his wife Carrie of Newburyport; her two grandchildren Devyn Faucher and Calvin Corsaro; her nine siblings Peter Groves of Methuen, Marion Groves Hahn of E. Hampton, Robert Groves of Shutesbury, Ann Cote of Sandown, Maryalice Groves of W. Newbury, Mark Groves of Derry, Betsy Waterman of Lawrence, Catherine Chang of Haverhill and Amy Groves Blanchet of Methuen; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the calling hours on Thursday, March 14th from 5-7 PM at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, March 15th at 11:00 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
