<p>Thibault, Ronald (January 14, 1944 – March 9, 2024)</p><p><br></p><p>It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ronald René Thibault in Sturgeon Falls, Saturday March 9, 2024 at the age of 80 years. Son of the late Philippe and of the late Yvette (née Robidoux) Thibault. Beloved husband of Gaetane (née Cayen). Loving father of Michel (Jeannine), Marc (Carol), Guy (Isabelle), Richard, and Norm. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Stephanie, Britanie, Michel, Jason, Ryan, Matthew, Gregory, and his many great-grandchildren who loved to come and visit pepère in his shed. Dear brother of Bruno, Yvon, Gaetan, Nicole, Solange, and Carole. Predeceased by his siblings Francine, Gilles, Denis, and Armand. </p><p><br></p><p>Ronald enjoyed camping, making people laugh, dancing, and helping his family, friends, and neighbors whenever he could. He had a contagious smile, and we shall all miss his funny sayings. The space he has left in our hearts can truly be felt.</p><p><br></p><p>A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Fils de feu Philippe et de feu Yvette (née Robidoux) Thibault. Époux de Gaetane (née Cayen). Père bien aimé de Michel (Jeannine), Marc (Carol), Guy (Isabelle), Richard et Norm. Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Stephanie, Britanie, Michel, Jason, Ryan, Matthew, Gregory et ses plusieurs arrière-petits-enfants qui aimaient venir visiter avec pepère dans son shed.</p><p><br></p><p>Ronald aimait camper, faire rire les gens, danser et aider sa famille, ses amis et ses voisins quand il le pouvait. Son sourire était contagieux et nous manquerons toutes ses paroles drôles. L’espace qu’il a laissé dans nos cœurs peut vraiment être ressenti.</p><p><br></p><p>Une célébration de vie sera annoncée à une date ultérieure. Les arrangements funéraires sont confiés au Salon Funéraire Théorêt-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls.
