William “Bill” F. Coulbourn, 82, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

He was born on February 12, 1942, to the late Hugh Clark and Anne (Rumford) Coulbourn and was the husband of Grace (Speers) Coulbourn, with whom he shared 57 years of marriage.

Bill attended Grace Fellowship Church, Ephrata. He graduated high school in 1960 and joined the U.S Navy until 1963. He drove truck for Woolworth Co. and was the manager at Ephrata Recycling for many years. He enjoyed watching and playing sports, boating, fishing, and golfing. Bill was a fun guy and had a great smile.

In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by two daughters, Laura Kromer Kapinos (Scott), Cathlyn Weidman (Jason); four grandchildren, Ethan Kromer, Hannah Kromer Proe (Jarrod), Joseph Mongiovi (Linsay), Grace Weidman; two great-grandchildren, Joseph Mongiovi III, Addalyn Mongiovi; a brother, Rev. Hugh Coulbourn (Janice); a brother-in-law, James Speers (Joanne), and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the team at Neffsville Nursing, Rosemont Ward, for their wonderful care for the last two years.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
