Harold Wayne Kellerby Obituary

Harold "Wayne" Kellerby, 91, traded this earthly life for his Heavenly reward on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 21, 1933 in Prague, Oklahoma to Robert F. Kellerby & Gertrude (Borders) Kellerby. Following graduation from Prague High School, Wayne honorably served his country in the United States Army. Upon his return from service in 1955, Wayne began a career with Macklenburg-Duncan (M-D Building Products). He was a dedicated employee for 41 years, and retired as a Department Head.

Wayne married the love of his life, Lucerne Johnson on November 24, 1966, and the two spent nearly 55 years together. They loved traveling as a couple, going to church and going to the lake. On November 18, 2021 Wayne experienced the devastation of losing the true love of his life. He longed for the day that they would be reunited in Heaven, and so they are. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Harold loved nothing more than enjoying the time he spent with his family. He will be remembered for his quiet calming ways, his loving kindness and his warm smile.
