Frederick K. Spencer, Jr. 52, of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of March 8, 2024 at UPMC Jameson.

Fred was born January 26, 1972 in Pittsburgh, PA. He is survived by his parents, Frederick K. Spencer, Sr. and Patricia Harkless Spencer.

On November 25, 1995 Fred married his beloved wife, the former Lisa M. Graziani. She survives at home.

Fred was a graduate of Neshannock High School and Penn State University. He had worked for Bombardier Aerospace for twenty-six years as an Electrical Engineer.

Fred was an avid sports fan and enjoyed keeping track of the sports statistics. He also loved music, playing the guitar and singing. Over the years Fred had played in different local groups. A loving husband and father Fred’s greatest joy was the time he spent with his family.

In addition to his parents and wife, Fred is survived by his children, Isabella Spencer and Richard Spencer, his brother, James Spencer and his sister, Stephanie Spencer Wilson.

Honoring his wishes a private Memorial Service will be held for the family at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. Rev. Richard Nero will officiate.

Memorial Donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
