SUTTON/DOUGLAS: Michaleen A. (Oliver) O’Connell, 39, passed away March 8, 2024 at UMass Memorial in Worcester following an illness.

Michaleen is survived by her parents James and Mary Oliver. She leaves her 3 beautiful beloved children Aden “AJ” Oliver, Aveleen and Anastacia O’Connell and their father Patrick O'Connell, her twin sister Elisha Hourihan and brother Joshua Oliver, her grandparents Dr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Barry and Judith C. Oliver, her nephews Connor and Saegh Hourihan, along with her long time devoted friend Thomas Nugent and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Michaleen was born in Worcester and grew up in Douglas, MA. She was a member of the Douglas Marching Band on the flag and rifle team for many years, which brought her so much joy. She was a graduate of Blackstone Valley Tech High School and attended Johnson and Wales University. She worked many years at Dunkin Donuts in Grafton and more recently at the Sutton Country Store.

Her children were always the center of her world and she adored them. She loved taking them on long walks in the woods, building sand castles at the beach and camping with them. She will be dearly missed by so many that loved her.

All are welcome to a prayer service Friday March 15th at 11am at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536 followed by interment at Pine Grove Cemetery in North Grafton. All are invited to the Dudley Gendron in Sutton immediately following the services to celebrate her life.
