Dorothy M. Wright, age 98, died on March 11, 2024 in Crofton, Maryland.

Born in Newark, Delaware, Dot was a former resident of Seabrook, Maryland, and a long-time resident of Long Neck Peninsula in Millsboro, Delaware. She was an avid crafter, who also enjoyed reading and watching professional tennis, baseball, and football.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David U. Wright, Jr., and their eldest son, David U. Wright, III.

Dot is survived by two sons—Dale M. Wright and his wife Patricia of Annapolis, Maryland, and Douglas K. Wright and his wife Kathleen of Papillion, Nebraska; a daughter in law—Arlene H. Wright (David, III) of Mitchellville, Maryland; and by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
