Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Roderick “Rod” Miller, 71, who passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 4:06 P.M. at Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette.

Fr. Andrew Killeen, Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held later in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Iota.

The family has requested the visitation to be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. until time of services all in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara C. Miller of Crowley; two sons, Billy and wife, Brandi Miller of Iota, Michael Hebert and fiancé, Jessica Brantley of Crowley; two daughters, Amy Miller of Columbia, and Diamond Hebert and fiancé, Aaron Crochet of Crowley; one sister, Doreene Miller of Eunice; one sister-in-law, Yvonne Miller of Iota; ten grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents, James “Bob” and Rena L. Miller; one brother, Bobby Miller; three sisters, Dolores Edwards, Dorris Montelaro, and Wanda Miller.
