<p><b><i>Joyce Graff</i></b><i> </i><i>passed away March 8th, 2024 in White Salmon, Washington. Joyce was born January 18th, 1946 in O’Neill, Nebraska and was 78 years of age at the time of her passing.</i><br></p><p><i>Joyce was born in the O’Neill General Hospital to Gerald E. and Ann Elizabeth (Strong) Smith joining three older sisters; Sammie Jean, Geraldine Ann and Judy Ellen and followed by a younger sister, Kathryn.</i><br></p><p><i>Joyce lived in various places in Washington as her family moved, including; Renton, Kent, Maple Valley, Naches and White Salmon. She attended and graduated from Kent Meridian High School Class of 1964. After graduation she married David Graff on July 10, 1964. Joyce continued her education at Peterson Business School in Seattle, Washington.</i><br></p><p><i>Joyce worked 22 and half years for General Electric in their Lamp Division and later for PACCAR, Parts Division before retiring. She was an avid seamstress and quilter and also enjoyed the Great Outdoors of the Pacific Northwest; hiking and camping. Joyce was a Christian and belonged to The Nazarene Church.</i><br></p><p><i>Joyce is survived by children, Lisa A Siebenaler, and husband, Paul Siebenaler; grandchildren, Mathias Siebenaler; siblings, Geraldine Ann Parks Miller and Kathryn Lucille Surber; 11 nephews and 7 nieces. She is predeceased by her husband David Graff, died (2014); children, Daniel David Graff (2021), siblings Sammie Jean McConnel-Stockton and Judy Ellen Brookbank Braxton.</i><br></p><p><i>Services for Joyce are as follows;</i><br></p><p><i>A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held 1:00 </i><i>P.M., </i><i>Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 685 NE Wauna Ave, White Salmon, Washington.</i><br></p><p><i>A Memorial Service & Urn Committal will be held 11:00 </i><i>A.M., </i><i>Saturday, July 13th, 2024 at Mt.
