Retha Lee (Stiles) Luttrell was born on September 14, 1941 in Spiro, Oklahoma and passed away peacefully at home in Bakersfield, California on February 28, 2024 at the age of 82.

Retha spent most of her life in Bakersfield together with her husband Gene, raising their two sons. She enjoyed many years working at Papagallo women's boutique alongside her close friends. Retha also shared many great times on the tennis courts with friends and family.

Retha was preceded in death by her husband Gene Luttrell to whom she was married for 59 years, sister Wy and brother Sam. She is survived by her two sons Darin (Michelle) Luttrell, and Mark (Stacie) Luttrell, 5 grandchildren Kelsi, Lindsy and Chase Luttrell, Kolby (Micaela) Halley, Callie Luttrell, 3 great-granddaughters, brother Chuck Stiles and nephew Bryan Mickey.
