<p>Geraldine Marcella Houle (Levine) passed away peacefully on March 6, 2024, in New Brighton, MN, at the age of 90. She was born in St. Paul, MN, on November 17, 1933.</p><p><br></p><p>Gerry was the best mom and grandmother, a wonderful sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of many. She left behind many cherished memories and will be missed dearly.</p><p><br></p><p>Geraldine is survived by her brothers Martin Levine and Bruce Levine, sons Jefferey Houle, Timothy Hanson, John Hanson, Dean Hanson, daughter Amy Carlson (Greg Heintz), grandchildren Chelsea Olson (Darin), Olivia Carlson, great-grandchild Sigurd Olson, bonus grandchildren Emily (Matthew) and Tawnie, and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Arnold Levine, mother Lola Levine, husband Mitchell Houle, son Mark Hanson, and siblings Shirley, Elaine, Jeanine, Patsy, Aldon, Roger, Kathleen, Karen, and Danny.</p><p><br></p><p>A celebration of life for Geraldine will be held at Oakwood Funeral Home, 2585 Stillwater Road, Maplewood, MN, on Thursday, April 4th, at 10 am, interment following at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p>Oakwood Funeral Home in Maplewood, MN, is honored to assist the family with the arrangements for Geraldine's passing.</p><p><br></p>Obituary
