Dr. Lewis E. Palosky 83, of Melbourne Beach, FL & Cape Neddick, Me, formerly of Belmont, Mass. Entered Eternal Rest March 9, 2024, in Melbourne, FL. Born January 24, 1941, in Belmont, MA, the son of Nathan and Lilian Palosky.

Dr. Palosky was an Optometrist with successful practices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, working also for both the N.H.L. Hartford Whalers hockey team and the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team. In 1993, he and his wife Linda bought Annabelle’s Ice Cream in Portsmouth, NH, one of the most successful and recognized Ice Creams in New England.

Lewis was an avid Golfer in both Maine and Florida. He had so many proud moments at the Melbourne Beach Golf Tournaments.

Dr. Lew was the devoted husband of the late Linda (Glick) and longtime beloved companion Veo-Dao (Nu) Bunnag. The father of son Eric Palosky (partner Megan Bumby) & daughter Tara Palosky and the grandfather of Adam, Alex, and Atlas Palosky. He is also survived by his brother Paul and his wife Barbara, several nieces, and nephews & many cousins. He adored his pets Clifford and Boo.

He leaves behind many good friends.

Services at the Goldman Funeral Chapel 174 Ferry Street (off Route 60), Malden on Wednesday, March 13 at 12:00 PM. Interment in North Reading.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to one’s favorite charitable organization.
