<p>Carl Richard Crim, 78, of Winchester, VA, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.</p><p><br></p><p>Carl was born April 18, 1945 a son of the late Paul G. Crim and Elsie Grubbs Crim. He married Barbara Farmer June 29, 1963. He was a member of the Eagles, a prior member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed tending to his yard. He was a past member of Wesley United Methodist Church and a current member of Welltown United Methodist Church.</p><p><br></p><p>Along with his loving wife of over 60 years, Barbara, Carl is survived by his children, Traci Crim (Jerry Ulino) of Stephens City, VA, Dana Jenkins (Rusty) of Winchester, Richie Crim II (Tami) of Winchester, Nicole Loar (Jeff Shell) of Winchester; grandchildren, Josh C., Shaley, Josh S., Caitie, Kendall, Madison, Hunter, Logan, Paityn; sisters, Nancy Luttrell, Diana Ceravalo; and numerous nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his sister, Genevieve Collis; and brother, William Crim.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. D. Chadwick Hrbek officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date at Shenandoah Memorial Park.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Carl’s name to Blue Ridge Hospice 333 W Cork Street Winchester, VA 22601 or Access Independence 324 Hope Drive Winchester, VA 22601.</p>
