Lewiston – Denise L. Soucy, 69, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away Tuesday, March 5th at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, following a brief illness. She was born on August 17, 1954, in Meriden, Connecticut, the daughter of Carroll Condon and Mary (Splan) Condon. On April 15, 1972, she married Roger Soucy. Several years later they planted their roots in Livermore Falls, where they would forever call home. Throughout the years Denise played many roles including owning a daycare; assisting with all the family businesses; working as a CNA, which was her most loved job as she adored the elderly; and may be best known for her title as “Best Bouncer” during their ownership of the town bar, Crapott’s Pub. Denise devoted the rest of her time to her beloved family and home. Her most cherished moments were those spent with her grandchildren and great-granddaughters. Denise was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church and a former member of The Daughters of Isabella. Denise lived her life with true authenticity. Her bold, unyielding spirit was truly inspirational. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Roger Soucy, Sr. of Livermore Falls, sons, Roger Soucy Jr. and wife Melinda of Livermore, Shawn Soucy and wife Jessica of Chesterville, Josh Soucy of Livermore Falls, and Tobias Soucy and wife Ashley of Wilton, grandchildren, Haley Soucy, Owen Soucy, Alex Soucy, Logan Soucy, Shawn Michael Soucy, Vanessa Soucy, Keegan Parker, Caleb Soucy, Wyatt Soucy and Lucian Soucy, great-granddaughters, Molly and Maggie Langlin, her brother Jeffrey Condon of Moodus, CT., and niece, Tiffany Mancini of Spring Hill, FL.
