In loving memory, we honor Shaylyn Lois Padgett, a dedicated Realtor with Harry Norman Real Estate in Big Canoe, GA. Shaylyn's special talent for interior decorating and home staging brought joy to many. She had a passion for reading and studying natural health. Shaylyn was a proud and loving mother, sister, aunt, friend, and daughter.She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward and Mamie Reeves and Dewey Padgett.

Shaylyn is survived by her son Colby Padgett, her mother and stepfather Barbara and Jimmy Kirkland, her father Wayne Padgett, her brother Blake Padgett, her sister Michelle Everett, her grandmother Minnie Lois Padgett, and her nieces Karma (Tyler Womack), Makale, Kope, and Kirkland Shay Everett, all of Dawsonville, GA. Shaylyn will be deeply missed and remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 11:00am at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Clark Watson will officiate. Interment will follow in the New Life Church of God Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
