<p>Nancy R. Cervoni, of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest on Thursday, March 7, 2024. She was 91.</p><p><br></p><p>Daughter of the late Worden and Rebecca (Oathout) Coons, she was born May 24, 1932 in Kinderhook, NY.</p><p><br></p><p>Nancy was a retired Accounting Clerk for ENAP, Inc. in New Windsor. A long time area resident, after retiring she worked part-time for Mid State Bus Company as a bus monitor. An avid reader, she was a fan of the Yankees and Frank Sinatra. She loved traveling to California to see family and enjoyed puzzles and adult coloring books.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include three daughters, Wendy Lown of the Town of Newburgh, Michelle Anderson of Connecticut, and Kandace Roberts (Chris) of California. Two grandchildren, Cynthia Lown and Christopher Roberts, daughter-in-law, Melissa (Dean) Lown-Nemeth of Pennsylvania, son-in-law, Bruce Peterson of New Jersey and several nieces nephews and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>She was predeceased by her husbands, Gerald W. Lown and Joseph J. Cervoni; a son, James D. Lown; a stepdaughter, Linda Peterson and her sister, Janet Bowes.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Road, Newburgh, NY 12550.</p><p><br></p><p>A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Burial will follow at the Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY 10924.</p><p><br></p><p>Donations in Nancy’s memory can be made to either American Heart Association www.heart.org or Alzheimer’s Association https://act.alz.org/donate.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
