Leta, 97, of Oil City, died peacefully, Monday, March 4, 2024 at Sugar Creek Station in Franklin.</p><p><br></p><p>Born January 10, 1927 in Oil City, he was a son of the late Salvatore and Josephine Spalla Leta.</p><p><br></p><p>Frank served in the Army during WWII, was a graduate of Duquesne University, and worked for Leta Beverage.</p><p><br></p><p>At Frank's request, there will be no visitation and services will be private.</p><p><br></p><p>Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Franklin.</p>January 10, 1927 - March 4, 202401/10/192703/04/2024
