Ann Threce Fowler Obituary

Ann Threce Taylor Fowler, 82, of White Hall, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 3, 2024. She was born February 5, 1942 at Davis Hospital in Pine Bluff to Waysee Taylor and Thelma Willie Mayo Taylor.

Ann was reared and educated in Pine Bluff and graduated from Dollarway High School. She and her husband were then the owners of muffler shops. Ann was very giving and loved to make cards and send them for holidays and birthdays and would send Jesus Calling books to people. She loved to crochet, listen to Elvis and loved the Razorbacks. Ann also loved antiques and had owned an antique shop. She was a former president of the Republican Women’s Club and was a member of the Family Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Royal W. “Billy Ray” Fowler, whom she married June 20, 1964 in Pine Bluff, and who passed away February 18, 2004; and three brothers, Jimmy Taylor, Mike Taylor and Larry Ray Taylor.

Survivors include her son, Royal “Bill” Fowler Jr. (Louetta); daughter, Cindy Brazeale (Alan); five grandchildren, Lexy Rayann Fowler, William Drake Fowler, Jacob Brazeale, Josh Brazeale and Justin Brazeale; three great grandchildren, Parker, Jackson and Memphis; and three brothers, Danny Taylor (Betty), Jerry Taylor (Marianne) and Kenny Taylor (Linda).

Funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel. Bro. Cadell Welch will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, March 15, 2024 at the funeral home.
