Marion S. Perron

<p>Florida - Marion S. (Tycks)Perron, 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024 in the Sturgill Hospice House in Spring Hill, FL. She was the wife of the late Leon W. Perron.&nbsp; </p><p>Born in Milliville, MA., she was the daughter of late Frank and Mildred (Bandiella) Tycks. </p><p>Marion worked in the Hospitality field for most of her life. She was employed at the First Ward Club, Wright's Chicken Farm, and St. James Hotel. She later retired from A.T. CROSS&nbsp; and moved to Florida in 1982. </p><p>Growing up, Marion played softball and was a life guard. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and especially going to concerts and casinos. She loved family get-togethers and going to restaurants. She was always ready to go anywhere. Her energy was infectious.&nbsp; </p><p>She is survived by her four children, Richard Perron, Diane Lafond, Janice Perron, and Debra Mottola. Two sons-in-law, Deacon Robert Lafond and Gary Mottola. Six grandchildren, Lee Perron, Robert and Kevin Lafond, Katie Day, and Julie and Michael Mottola. Nine great-grandchildren, Olivia Perron, Emersyn Lafond, Katelyn, Joseph, Bruce and Mikaila Phelps, Lillyanna, and Silas and Lola Day. Marion also leaves one sister-in-law, Jacqueline Guevremont.&nbsp; </p><p>She was also the grandmother of the late Jonathan Bissonnette and Janna Phelps and great-grandmother to the late Sunny Phelps.&nbsp; </p><p>Visitation will be held at Grace Memorial Funeral, Hudson, on Saturday, March 9th&nbsp; from 9:30 to 11:30, a mass following at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, Commercial Way, Spring Hill, Florida.&nbsp; </p><p>A Funeral Home Service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11 AM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery West Wrentham Rd Cumberland, RI. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 4-6PM. </p>
