Clyde W. Millard, 81, of Mays Landing passed away on March 4, 2024.

He was born in Philadelphia and was a resident of Mays Landing for the last 28 years. He was a Philadelphia fire fighter from 1965 to 1993 retiring as a fire marshal. He then went on to become a fire investigation contractor before moving to Mays Landing to work in security, first at the casinos and then at AtlantiCare Mainland, where he finally retired from at the age of 75. He was a member of the International Fire Fighters association and National Rifle Association. Clyde loved fishing with his children and grandchildren and walking and playing with his dog Bandit.

Survived by his wife of 61 years, Frances (Stojinski), Mays Landing; daughter and son in law Donna and Dennis Mazzoni, Mays Landing; son and daughter in law Mark and Melissa Millard, Galloway; son in law Stanley Skarbowski, Haverford PA; his adoring grandchildren, Amanda, Parker, Mackenzie and Mason Millard; great grandson, Nicholas Skarbowski and loving sister in law Cass. He was predeceased by his daughter, Mary Ann Skarbowski (Millard) and his parents, Dorothy Gee (Millard) and Clyde Millard, Sr.

A memorial service will be held from 6 to 8pm on Friday March 8, 2024 at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St, Mays Landing, NJ 08330.
