With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Ragan Cole Green, a cherished and much-loved soul who departed this world on February 25, 2024, at the age of 48. Born to Donna Pryor and Rickey Cole on August 12, 1975, Ragan's radiant and generous spirit illuminated the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

In 2014, Ragan joined her life with that of Billy Ray Green and thus began a ten-year union of unparalleled love and devotion. Together, they exemplified the true meaning of partnership and companionship. She was of the Christian faith.

Left to cherish her memory includes her husband, Billy Ray Green of Milwaukee, WI; father, Rickey Cole (Stephanie) of Senatobia; mother, Donna Pryor of Strayhorn; two children, Maddi Hudson, and Peyton Pryor; grandson, Jordan Sherwood; sisters, Heather Cole Jobe (Dr. Brent) and Anna Holland (Jenn); grandfather, Floyd Pryor; and three nieces and nephews. Ragan was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Bobbie Pryor; and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Cole.

Services to honor and celebrate Ragan's life will be held at Ray Nowell Funeral Home on Sunday, March 10, 2024, with visitation at 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 2:00 p.m. The service will be conducted by Lonnie Case. Graveside service and interment will be held at Bethesda Cemetery in Senatobia, MS immediately following funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Milwaukee Street Angels, 125 N 120th St, Wauwatosa, WI 53226, continuing Ragan's legacy of compassion and service to others.
