<p>Carol A. Ruef, 86 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Monday, March 4, 2024, in Mt. Pleasant, WI. </p><p><br></p><p> She was born September 24, 1937, in Bellwood, IL the daughter of the late Wyman B. and Jesse (Hill) Barnes. On February 6, 1960, she married Donald Ruef in Kenosha, WI and he preceded her in death in 2017. </p><p><br></p><p> Carol was a housewife and business owner (along with her late husband).
