Beverly Pinney, 83, passed away March 5, 2024 in Kosciusko, MS.

Funeral services are 3:00 pm Graveside Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Rural Hill Cemetery in Winston County. Visitation is from12 noon until 2:00 pm Thursday at Culpepper Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS.

Beverly is survived by her husband James “Jim” Pinney, her daughter Gina Melton (Steve), her two sons Devon Vowell (Stephanie) and John Vowell (Jennifer), sisters Brenda Edwards and Bonnie Tooley and her 7 grandchildren Heather Melton, Blake Melton (Kim), Hannah Reed Melton, Jacob Townsend, Autumn Fulton (Davis), John Zachary Vowell (April), Jack Readen Vowell (Kenna) and 13 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Beverly was a member of Crestview Church and retired from Dillard’s as a salesclerk.

She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny Elton and Nettie Belle Pearson Edwards, brothers Bill and Jimmy, sisters Bobbie and Betty and her children’s father Dennis Vowell.
