<p>Wilson- Services for Randy Keith Smith, 62, of Wilson, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at the River of Life Church in Wilson with Bro. Jim Duck officiating. A private interment will be scheduled at a later date. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.</p><p><br></p><p>Randy was born May 22, 1961, at Dallas, TX. to the late Mr. Walter Eugene Smith and Mrs. Goldie J. (Mann) Wyrick. He departed this life Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Healdton.</p><p><br></p><p>Randy grew up in Haltom City, TX where he attended school at Carter Riverside School. He began his working years in his family's café business. Randy later was employed by Sweeny Lumber Yard which led him to get his CDL’s and begin truck driving. He worked for DSI for over 10 years until he bought his own truck. Randy ran his own truck for around 33 years, hauling for many companies such as Dolese, Day Concrete, and Parson’s Trucking. He married the former Miss Laura Ritchie on November 11, 1998, at the Living Word Church in Newark, TX. Randy enjoyed camping, supervising, and entertaining the grandkids. He was a member of the River of Life Church in Wilson.</p><p><br></p><p>Preceding him in death are his parents and brother, Terry Alan Smith.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include his wife Laura of the home; children, Amanda Smith of Fort Worth, TX, Christopher Smith and wife Kelsi of Fort Worth, TX, Leslie Gicker of Georgia, Shawn Oshaw of Omaha, Nebraska, Brandon Smith of Wilson, and Mekayla Smith of Edmond, OK; brothers, Richard Smith and wife Essie of Fort Worth, TX and Eddie Smith and wife Lesta of Pooleville, TX; step-brother, Chas Hooper and wife Jyse of Jacksboro, TX; 11 grandchildren and one more on the way; numerous other family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M.
