<p>Richard A. Rose, Jr., 81, of Weems, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was born on January 10, 1943 to Vivian Pearl and Richard Rose, Sr. </p><p><br></p><p>Richard was a retired heavy equipment operator and concrete contractor. He was also a member of Wesley Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Weems.</p><p><br></p><p>Richard is survived by his son, Richard A. Rose, III (Sharon Pelkey) of Weems, and a daughter, Cynthia Boswell (Dennis Metcalf) of West Point.
