<p>Charlotte Ruth Haines (nee Brown), 80 of Westminster, MD passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. </p><p>She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Kent Haines.</p><p>She was born April 7, 1943, in Westminster, MD the daughter of the late Thomas K. Brown and the late Ruth J. Brown (nee Hollenberry). </p><p>Mrs. Haines worked at the Hanover Shoe factory, until she was married; and started her favorite job as a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crafting and baking. </p><p>Devoted mother of Timothy Haines (Jennifer) of Hampstead and Christopher Haines of Sykesville; loving grandmother of Madeline, Emma, Late Becca, Christopher “Bryce” and Sarah Haines. Sister of Mary Reilly, Roy Brown & wife Beth, the late Kenneth Brown, and wife Catherine Brown. </p><p>Funeral Services and Interment will be Private. </p><p>Ther family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 6-8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (beside S.
